Our core business is producing steel threaded rod. We can roll or cut thread anything from double end threaded rods to all threaded rods and studs. Parts can be supplied to your material and finish specifications. While we stock common threaded rods for U bolts, we manufacture to order a large line of similar threaded products. All of our rods are Made in the USA.

Shoreline is a stocking manufacturer of a large variety of double end threaded rod (sometimes referred to as U bolt rod). Threaded rods are stocked in 3/8" – 1-1/4" diameter in two inch length increments. 3/8" – 9/16" are stocked in Grade 5, while 5/8" – 1-1/4" rods are stocked in Grade 8 equivalent. Depending on the diameter, finished rods are stocked from 8" to 60" in length. These rods can be bought straight or bent to your U bolt specifications.

Stocked rolled threaded rods for U bolts are fine threaded, with matching hardware available. We have always specialized in UNF-2A fine threaded rod, with the thread length you expect every time. We do also stock coarse threaded rod in 5/8" diameter.

Shoreline also manufactures all threaded rod and studs to order. From a 3/8" stud 3" long to a 1-1/2" bar 20 feet long, we can deliver. We will manufacture a double end threaded rod or fully threaded stud to your material and finish requirements. Shoreline also can supply ASTM A193 B16 and B7 threaded rod and studs, which are common in many applications.
